So, he started making French pastries and selling his creations in cafes, followed by corporates and holidays.
Tired of working alone, she decided to open a shop in 2021: that’s how Dinette was born, which bears her name as a tribute to children’s tea games. For Sabrina, Dinette was just that, the answer to her need to connect with those flavors of her childhood. It so happened that I took on the work that lasted for several months, I assembled a team led by women and in mid-2022 I inaugurated this pastry shop dedicated to natural, preservative-free baked goods based on local produce, flour and organic sugar. With specialty coffee, fresh organic drinks and a very limited but delicious savory menu, Dinette is another must-see on a foodie tour of La Felice.
